An early repayment charge applies during the fixed rate period. An upfront booking fee will be payable. Other fees and charges may also apply, including but not limited to, legal fees.

Both 2 and 5 year Fixed Rate Mortgages upon expiry will be re set at a variable rate over prevailing Inter bank base of not less than 1.00% and not more than 2.00%
